And Angel started the true story...
“God created Adam and Eve on Earth and allowed them to start
life by way of fertilization. At that time the only life which existed on Nasa
was of plants and trees. No human being was there. Earth, on the other hand was
allowed to reproduce and increase its population. Everything was normal and as
per God’s wish through the stone age, bronze age and iron age on Earth.
However, God could see the future of Earth in grave danger from 1800 onwards
when population crossed the 1 billion mark. It was at that time that God
decided to bring humans on Nasa but with a twist. The first man and woman to be
gifted to Nasa were Edem and Ava but without the ability to reproduce. They
were just like the people on Earth, with all the same organs but just the protagonist
of the process of creating life, i.e. sperms and eggs were missing from their
bodies. There were no sex hormones within them which would urge them to have
sex like you people on Earth do.”
I listened to all this stunned, “Then how did you or the
other natives of Nasa come here?” I said.
She replied back, “Have patience, let me complete. The
reason God took this big step was that earthlings had started to take this
reproduction blessing given to them in the wrong way. It was given to them so
that a beautiful garden could be built with small flowers equally spaced out.
But earthlings took it as a means of entertainment and created a cluttered fish
market out there, complete chaos. The ill effects of future could be seen, high
population growth, drain on Earth’s resources, fights and wars to get maximum
share of the limited resources, natural deaths because of food shortage, water
shortage, diseases etc.
The main culprit was this urge to have sex, the hormones which
aroused those sexual feelings. Humans on Earth could not just control their lust. Also when God tried to control this by giving few humans the
inability to conceive, you guys out there started having “Test Tube Babies”. Do
you guys even think once before having sex that what additional burden will the
result have on the Earth’s resources???” She said firmly by pointing a finger
towards me.
“Why point at me, I am still a virgin!” I replied timidly.
“And will remain so all my life now.” The dejection in my voice could easily be
recognized.
However, I managed to bring a smile on her face. She
giggled. “You can discuss your virginity with your fellow earthling here and
find a way around it also.” She smiled and walked away.
Discuss my virginity??? What’s there to discuss in it? And
does she think a woman is hiding behind that tree and is so desperate that she
will find a way for me???
Hey God…you hated this sex thing so much on Earth that you
just blew the planet off???
“Hey Angel, what next? Did God decide to replace Earth with
Nasa only on this account?” I asked her running, trying to catch up with her.
“No, not only this. The series of events which followed were
equally responsible. The pressures on the limited resources of Earth lead to
anger and greed among humans. The technological advancement made by your fellow
beings, which you must be proud of are no great achievement but done to satisfy
the anger and greed which had started to control your lives.”
Was she true? Yes in fact she was. Be it the pistol, guns
and tanks which are used to get more land under control by the powerful or the
computer, laptop and mobile which were made to make work faster and earn more
money and satisfy the greed. Limited land and limited supply of necessities by
nature was not able to meet the ever growing demand by the world population.
This mismatch made us angry and greedy for more and made us invent things which
we thought were improving our lives but actually led to our destruction. And
slowly the concept of “Survival of the Fittest” made its way in our world whereas
God had planned for “Survival of All”.
Lets spare a thought on this and realize what are we doing. Are we actually victims of lust,anger and greed? Will these lead to our self-destruction?
